Pablo was our concierge and he was FABULOUS!!! Food by the pool could use some work and upgrading. It comes with a concierge that can make your dinner reservations and this helps a lot to bypass the long wait times. I do recommend booking a Rock Royalty room. Restaurant food was some of the best I have had at an all-inclusive. Great for college age kids because they can enjoy the Casino as well as the nightclub. So whether you want lots of action or quiet, it can be found. There are plenty of pools and beach area. It was a perfect mix of fun, loud spring break experience and also a relaxing vacation. We chose the Hard Rock Resort because we were going on spring break with our 2 college age sons (21 & 18) and our son's girlfriend (21).
